Francis Aboagye-Nyame is a pharmacist and global health systems leader with extensive experience supporting governments, donors, and development partners to strengthen pharmaceutical regulation, supply chain systems, workforce capacity, and the appropriate use of medicines. His work focuses on building national institutions and management architectures that link regulation, supply chains, pharmaceutical care, and health security to improve patient-centered outcomes.

In parallel with his professional practice, Francis is pursuing a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) focused on pharmaceutical regulation and governance, with particular emphasis on the responsible application of data-driven and AI-enabled regulatory intelligence. His experience also includes supporting regulatory, institutional, and workforce readiness for local, regional, and continental pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a focus on governance, oversight, and sustainability.

His work is guided by a commitment to integrity, excellence, and stewardship—approaching pharmaceutical systems strengthening as a public trust, so that institutions and leaders can address challenges with confidence and sustain solutions they can truly own.
